Fragrant dill ‘Uzbek’ is a variety obtained in the Central Asian branch of the All-Russian Research Institute of Plant Growing. Approved for use in the North-West, Central, West Siberian and East Siberian regions in 1972. The variety is valued for the slow transition of plants to stem production.
