Forms large rosettes of leaves, up to 25 cm high and up to 30 cm in diameter. The leaves are crispy, juicy, reddish with a strong anthocyanin color. Plant weight up to 270 g. It is used fresh for salads, sandwiches and decorating dishes. Productivity – 2.0-2.5 kg / m2. The variety is resistant to flowering, it grows quickly at any length of the day, with excellent taste and, moreover, is very decorative.
