Parsley Mooskrause 2 is an early ripe leafy variety (65–70 days from germination to technical ripeness). The rosette is large, semi-spreading. The leaves are green, with corrugated edges. It has a pleasant smell and taste thanks to essential oils. Sowing in the ground is carried out in late April – early May to a depth of 1.5 × 2 cm. Before sowing, the seeds are soaked in a damp cloth for 2–3 days. Parsley leaves for fresh consumption begin to be cut when they reach a height of 10 × 12 cm, for drying – during budding. Average weight of one plant: 45–50 g. The total yield of greenery with repeated harvesting reaches 2–2.5 kg / m2.
