An early ripening salad variety with valuable nutritional and dietary properties: young shoots and leaves have a spicy taste, contain essential oils, vitamins and mineral salts. It is an excellent prophylactic against vitamin deficiency, loss of energy, especially in winter. The plant is hygrophilous, not demanding on soil conditions. Grown year-round (in the autumn-winter and early spring periods – on the window in bowls on damp cotton wool, sawdust) and eaten after 20-25 days.
