Early ripening variety: from full sprouting to the beginning of mass cutting, on average 45 days. The leaf is oblong-ovate, dark green. The length of the plate is 12-16 cm, width is 7 cm. Young leaves contain vitamins A, C, B1, B2, rich in protein substances, sugar, mineral salts (especially iron and potassium), organic acids (malic, citric and oxalic). It is eaten in boiled and raw form. The leaves are harvested for future use, salting and canning. Winter-hardy and drought-resistant. Growing conditions. Propagated by sowing seeds in the ground, the seeding depth is 1.5-2 cm. A good harvest is obtained on light loamy soils rich in organic matter. Care: weeding, loosening, watering and feeding. With early spring sowing, harvesting can be carried out in the same year in 2.5-3 months, with summer sowing – in the spring of next year. During the season, the greens are cut 4-5 times. After each cut, the plants are fed with nitrogen-potassium fertilizers. It is recommended to grow in one place for no more than 3-4 years, since the quality of greenery is sharply reduced in the future.
