Ideal for Greek salad. Mid-season variety, from germination to technical ripeness 80-90 days. It has juicy and crunchy leaves, collected in an elongated loose head of cabbage. The color of the leaves is bright green at the edges, brightens towards the middle, almost to white. The mass of a head of cabbage is 200-300 g. The salad has a tart, slightly spicy and slightly sweet-nutty taste, which will never disappear in combination with the leaves of other salads. Romano can be safely seasoned with hot vinegar or yoghurt sauces with garlic and herbs. Crunchy romano leaves go well with both soft cheeses and complex meats. The variety is cold-resistant and heat-resistant.
