The variety is early maturing. From germination to technical ripeness 48-52 days. The socket is raised, spreading. Leaves are ovoid, light green, 12-20 cm long, 5-10 cm wide, with a high content of ascorbic acid. Stalk resistant. AGROTECHNIKA: perennial crop, grown in one place for 4-5 years. They are sown directly into the ground at several times from April to August. Seeds are sown in an ordinary way, with a step between lines of 20-30 cm. After germination, thinning is carried out, leaving 5-6 cm between the plants. The first cut is carried out when the leaves reach 10-12 cm, the subsequent ones as the greenery grows. The last cut is carried out no later than mid-August so that the plants can recover for a successful overwintering. Care consists in regular watering, loosening, weeding and fertilizing with mineral fertilizers after each cut.
