The oldest of the varieties zoned in Russia. Early maturing, the period from germination to harvest is 110-130 days. Forms rounded roots weighing 100 – 150 g, good taste, with a strong aroma. For consumption, the leaves of this variety are also used, which have a stronger aroma than the leaves of leafy celery varieties. Leaves and root vegetables are used fresh and dried, in salads and as a seasoning in home cooking. For root crops, celery is best grown through seedlings.
