An unpretentious attractive plant from the Poppy family, 30-35 cm high, with silvery-green openwork leaves and bright large flowers on thin peduncles. Abundant flowering begins in the first half of July and lasts until frost. The flowers are bright, varied in yellow-orange tones, 5-7 cm in diameter. Photophilous, drought-resistant, cold-resistant. Prefers dry, sunny places, does not tolerate excess moisture. Grown by direct sowing in the ground in late April – early May or October. Seedlings appear in 10-14 days, they are thinned out at a distance of 20 cm. It is used for planting in flower beds, in beds, borders and groups, as well as in containers and vases.
