Sweet pepper Peresvet F1 is an early hybrid of sweet pepper for open ground and greenhouses. From germination to technical ripeness 90-105 days, to biological – 110-125 days. The plant is medium-sized, 50-60 cm high, compact, standard. No special shaping is required. Peppers are prism-shaped with a slight longitudinal ribbing, 2–4 chambered, light green in technical ripeness, in a biological red color. Fruit weight in technical ripeness is 100-120 g, in biological ripeness 160-180 grams. Fruits are juicy with sweet pulp, wall thickness 5–6 mm. Friendly ripening. The content of vitamin C in biological ripeness is 227 mg%, β-carotene is 4.1 mg%. Peresvet F1 pepper is resistant to verticillary wilting (Va, Vd). Used for fresh consumption, canning, pickling, lecho, home cooking.
