Medium late (110–120 days), one of the most delicious and aromatic varieties of carrots. The root crop is elongated-conical, pointed, 20–23 cm long, 4–5 cm in diameter, with a raspberry-purple head slightly protruding above the ground. The cut flesh is raspberry-red, fragrant, very sweet. Weight 100-190 g. Productivity 5.9-7.9 kg / m2. The variety is resistant to blooming and root cracking. Ideal for creating original vegetable compositions using artistic carving (culinary carving). Used fresh, home-processed, perfectly stored until early summer. The variety is distinguished by a high sugar content, yield and keeping quality of root crops (up to 7–8 months).
