Late ripening (120-135 days from germination to harvest) variety. The rosette of leaves is semi-spreading. The root vegetable is orange-red, long, 25-30 cm, cylindrical with a slightly pointed tip (Berlikum variety), weighing 90-100 g. The pulp is firm, sweet, aromatic, juicy. Advantages of the variety: leveled root crops with a high sugar and carotene content, retain their marketability and taste until spring. Recommended for fresh consumption, juicing and long-term storage. Sowing seeds into the ground is carried out in late April – early May to a depth of 1 cm, the distance between rows is 18-20 cm.
