It is an excellent honey plant with a long flowering period. It is used to decorate flower beds, as a culinary spice and in folk medicine. Grown in seedlings. Stratification is needed. The seeds are mixed with wet sand, kept for 3-4 weeks in a refrigerator at a temperature of 3-5C and sown superficially, under glass. With the development of one or two pairs of leaves, the seedlings dive into separate pots. In the phase of 5-6 pairs of leaves, a forming pinching is carried out. When the threat of frost has passed, the seedlings are planted in a permanent place. Plantings are placed in sunny areas with drained soils of light texture and neutral acidity.
