The leaves are oval, with a slightly bubbly surface, green, juicy, very tasty. Recommended for preparing salads, side dishes for meat dishes, soups, as well as for freezing. The mass of one plant is 20-28 g. The leaves are cut off many times. The first sowing is recommended in spring, before the beginning of May, repeated – from the second half of August.
