Vodrost leaf celery is a mid-season variety (100-110 days). The leaves are fragrant, they can be cut several times over the summer. The average amount of greenery per plant is 220-270 grams. Can be eaten fresh and dried. Light-loving and cold-resistant variety. Prefers loose, moisture-retaining soils after potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, pumpkin. It is grown by sowing in open ground in late April – early May according to the 20×20 cm scheme. The crop is harvested as the greenery forms.
