Parthenocarpic super-early hybrid “Amur F1” is distinguished by a high starting level of parthenocarp, that is, the filling of zelents occurs with great intensity without the participation of pollinating insects, even at the initial stages of fruiting. The cucumber plant of this variety is vigorous (indeterminate) with moderate climbing and weak branching, prone to self-regulation. Lateral shoots practically do not grow, while a wave of active fruiting is on the central stem. After the main harvest of zelentz is removed, the stepchildren begin to develop in the form of “bouquet twigs” (determinant – they stop growing after 10-15 cm). The internodes on them are shortened and the leaves are often absent, but in the nodes 1-2 ovaries are laid, providing the second wave of the harvest. The plant is characterized by a female flowering type. Thanks to these properties, this hybrid is optimal for obtaining a massive harvest in a short time without the need to form bushes. Zelentsy up to 12-15 cm in length, oval-fusiform with a short neck, weighing an average of 90-110 g. The peel is bright green with faint light stripes of medium length, covered with small tubercles and frequent white pubescence. Zelentsy have high taste and pickling qualities. It is recommended to collect them at least 2-3 times a week to prevent overgrowth and coarsening. The removed cucumbers tolerate transportation and storage well. The marketable yield declared by the manufacturer is 12-14 kg / m2. For a longer harvest of cucumbers “Amur F1” it is recommended to plant seedlings or sow seeds in the ground not once, but twice, with an interval of a month.
